Haley received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2014 and B.A. from Willamette University in 2010. She is a partner at the Tedesco Law Group in Portland, Oregon. Haley represents labor unions and their members in both the public and private sectors in bargaining contracts, labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice hearings, and representation matters. She serves on the Oregon State Bar Labor and Employment Section Executive Committee and is an Oregon Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) Board Trustee.
Before becoming an attorney, Haley worked as a union organizer and ran political campaigns. During law school, Haley worked as a law clerk for the Tedesco Law Group and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 75 (Oregon AFSCME), was a Wayne Morse Center for Law and Politics Law Fellow, served as Co-Director of the Public Interest-Public Service (PIPS) Board, and was a member of the Oregon Law Review.
