Land Use Law
Mike Reeder is a shareholder in a local firm with his private practice focusing on land use and municipal law. Mike represents clients in the acquisition, development and use of real property; handles appeals of land use decisions at local and state levels; represents clients in eminent domain/condemnation actions; and works with government planners, administration and counsel, private planning consultants, surveyors, architects, engineers, builders and other professionals in achieving client goals. Mike graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Washington State University in 2000, magna cum laude, and with a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2003. He has been teaching the Land Use Law course since January 2013.
