Fellows conduct research on current policy issues, help plan speaker events, and network with prominent leaders, attorneys, and policy makers.
Eligibility: Eligible applicants must be applying to enter their first year in the J.D. Program at the University of Oregon School of Law. Fellowships are awarded on the basis of academic merit and demonstrated interest in public policy and government.
Award amount: $5,000.00 ($2,500.00 awarded at the beginning of fall semester and $2,500.00 awarded at the beginning of spring semester.)

How to Apply: Applicants to the J.D. Program may apply. Please provide a short essay (250 to 750 words) describing your interests and experience, and why you want to participate in the Public Policy & Government Fellowship program. Fellowship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and continue until the fellowships are filled. Applications for Fellowships may be submitted at the time you submit your application for law school. All candidates will be notified when the process has been completed.
