Tricia is a transactional business and intellectual property attorney with Immix Law Group in Portland. There, she works with clients on a variety of transactions including entity formation, contracts, corporate growth and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and trademark and copyright matters. Tricia volunteers as a pro bono attorney through Mercy Corps’ Women’s Business Center and Oregon Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, as well as with numerous clients through her firm. She has served on nonprofit boards of directors, and currently serves on the executive committee of the Technology Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. She has presented on general legal considerations for businesses through a variety of organizations in Portland.
Tricia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Lewis and Clark Law School. Tricia is admitted to the Oregon State Bar and is a member of Oregon Women Lawyers. Prior to her legal career, Tricia had a career as an academic librarian and also worked in the post-production industry for television.
