Hugh Duvall is a 1988 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law. He is in private practice focusing on criminal defense and the related areas of restraining orders and DMV matters. He is the author of a series of quick-review guides used by lawyers throughout the state, including, the Oregon Driver Restriction Guide, Oregon Stalking Law Guide, Oregon Expungement Guide, Oregon Collateral Consequences Guide, as well as numerous published articles.
