The Advocacy Competitions Program at Oregon Law provides you with the opportunity to learn lawyering skills through moot court, mock trial and negotiations competitions.
In these academically challenging and diverse opportunities, you will develop oral and written advocacy skills critical to the profession.
You can compete in the following areas:
Mock Trial
Appellate Advocacy
Dispute Resolution
Within these areas, students compete internally, against other Oregon Law students, and externally, against other law schools at regional, national, and international competitions.
Students who are selected for the external competition teams become members of the Oregon Law Board of Advocates, a student organization.
