Organization Eligibility Criteria

Organizations that meet the following criteria are eligible to be served by Oregon Law's Nonprofit Clinic:

1. Must be an Oregon-based public benefit nonprofit corporation that is non-religious and not a charter school.
2. An annual operating budget between approximately $50,000 and $7,500,000.
3. Has been in operation for at least four years.
4. Upon acceptance of application, must be able to provide requested documents according to deadlines.
5. Board must meet with student team once for an information gathering interview, and once for a discussion of the findings.
6. Executive Director or other operational lead must meet with student team in advance of board meetings.
7. Organization must be located in the Eugene/Springfield areas or be willing and able to particiapte remotely.
