Kristie Gibson is a clinical assistant professor and supervising attorney in the Business Law Clinic. Before she joined the Business Law Clinic, she was the administrative director of the LL.M. program at Oregon Law and a pro tem instructor.
Prior to joining Oregon Law, Ms. Gibson was a business attorney with the firm of Gartland, Nelson, McCleery & Wade, P.C. (GNMW) in Eugene, and she served as in-house counsel for Gibson Holders, Inc. for nine years, prior to joining GNMW.
Ms. Gibson is a graduate of the University of Oregon (B.A. political science), the University of Oregon School of Law (J.D.), Willamette University College of Law (LL.M. Transnational Law), and she studied Chinese Law and Legal Systems at East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, China. She is a past-president of the Lane County Bar Association and serves on the House of Delegates of the Oregon State Bar (OSB) and the OSB Corporate Counsel Section Executive Committee. She is the immediate past-president of the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation.
