The University of Oregon is located in Eugene, Oregon. The closest airport is the Eugene Airport (EUG), which is about 12.5 miles away. The Portland International Airport (PDX) is approximately two hours away by car.

University of Oregon School of Law will arrange hotel accommodations at Hayward Inn at no cost to registered attendees. Hayward Inn is located walking distance (.4 miles, or about a 9 minute walk) to the law school. Your stay will include complimentary high-speed internet, continental breakfast, and self-parking.

The tentative conference schedule is as follows.
Friday, April 11:
- 8:00am-9:00am: Check-in, coffee, and breakfast (provided)
- 9:00am-12:00pm: Presentations & workshopping
- 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch (provided)
- 1:00pm-5:00pm: Presentations & workshopping
- 6:15pm-8:00pm: Dinner (transportation and meal provided)
Saturday, April 12:
- 8:00am-9:00am: Coffee & breakfast (provided)
- 9:00am-12:00pm: Presentations & workshopping
- 12:00pm: Boxed lunches to go (provided)
