Kathryn "Kat" Fahrion is a prolific mediator. Since graduating from Oregon Law in 2020 with concurrent JD and Conflict and Dispute Resolution degrees, she has mediated primarily court-connected family cases with Lane County Family Mediation. As well as her family mediation work, Kat maintains a wide-ranging practice providing everything from large-scale strategic planning to dispute system design to restorative justice to parrot breeding disputes. Kat teaches various mediation classes for Oregon Law, government agencies, and in private practice, and is an active member of the OSB ADR executive committee and the State Family Law Advisory Committee education subcommittee.
