Biography

Assistant Professor Andy Winden joins the faculty this year from the University of Florida. Previously, he was a fellow at Stanford’s Rock Center for Corporate Governance, a partner at Morrison & Foerster, an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, and an Honors Attorney at the Treasury Department. Andy teaches transactional business law courses and pursues scholarship in corporate governance, securities regulation and sustainability. He has degrees from Stanford University (B.A.), The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (M.A.L.D.), and Harvard Law School (J.D.). A native of the Pacific Northwest, Andy loves to spend time hiking, surfing and practicing yoga with his wife and four adult children.
