Oregon Law's Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) reflects the school's commitment to public service by increasing graduate access to public service careers. LRAP recipients improve access to justice through their work with legal aid clients, migrant farm workers, human rights organizations, and many other underrepresented individuals and organizations. With a combination of low starting public service salaries and unprecedented debt, Oregon Law's LRAP is vital to our public service mission. If graduates cannot alleviate the burdens of debt with low public service salaries, they will not be able to afford public service careers.
Applications are usually due in October for the next calendar year. Additional information is available in the application form and LRAP Program Policies under the "Apply" tab, or contact Jennifer Geller at 541-346-3986 or via e-mail.
