Rennard Strickland, former University of Oregon School of Law Dean, passed away January 5, 2021, in Norman, Oklahoma. He was 80 years old. Strickland served as dean from 1997 to 2002, and on the faculty until his retirement in 2006.
During this one-day event we will explore the future of clean energy in Oregon, featuring an examination of 100% clean electricity requirements established in other states and research updates from the faculty of the University of Oregon. January 6, 2021 at 10:00 am.

Alum Kyle Smith is the Oregon Field Coordinator for Trout Unlimited, the nation's largest coldwater conservation nonprofit organization. In his role as Field Coordinator, he has been able to connect his passion for environmental conservation, public policy, and nonprofit work. 
This year, Oregon Law welcomed twenty-two students as part of the Master of Laws (LLM) Program. The students come from around the globe hailing from Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, South Korea, Kenya, and Liberia.
