Paul Loving

Paul is Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP.  His practice focuses on business deals and advice to individuals and brands in the sports, entertainment and consumer products sectors. He has 29 years of extensive experience working as outside and in-house counsel for startups as well as Fortune 500 companies.  Paul graduated from University of Oregon School of Law in 1993 and before entering private practice at Stoel Rives LLP, served as a judicial clerk for Justice Edwin Peterson of the Oregon Supreme Court.
