Rachel Sowray is a Special Assistant United States Attorney in Portland who prosecutes benefits fraud and other white collar crimes. Prior to that, she worked at the Washington County District Attorney's Office as a Deputy District Attorney and focused on domestic violence and stalking cases. Before law school, Sowray worked on domestic policy for several elected officials in Washington, D.C. She received her B.A. from the College of William & Mary, her M.P.P. from George Washington University, and her J.D. from the University of Oregon.
