A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, Thomas Brooke has worked as a lawyer for over 20 years, primarily focused on representing and advising fintechs across general corporate, regulatory, and product counseling and inclusive of multiple company exits including an IPO on NASDAQ. Thomas is currently Global Head of Legal for PowerUp Technology Inc. dba Stori, a fintech unicorn operating in LATAM. Thomas is passionate about Fintech Law because of the opportunities it has afforded him, and he has created this course to support students interested in exploring fintech as a potential practice area.
