The stunning images have been selected by the photographers for qualities of atmosphere, a critical element in their photography.  The artists share a passion for atmosphere, searching it out and capturing it in their photos. In our landscape photography, atmosphere is often the key element. Adrian Klein, one of the photographers, says: “Recognizing and recording compelling atmosphere at the precise moment is often the difference between ordinary and transcendent.”

The exhibit’s fourteen captivating, large-scale photographs are printed on aluminum providing brilliance and depth perception in their mountain and landscape scenes, mostly from the Northwest. The images enfold the viewers into their atmospheres.

The Photo Cascadia Team explores areas of natural beauty, encourages stewardship and conservation, and offers inspiration by sharing their images, stories, and knowledge with the public and other photographers who share their passion.   The Team Cascadia members are: Erin Babnik, Sean Bagshaw, David Cobb, Adrian Klein, Kevin McNeal, Chip Phillips, and Zach Schnepf.
