Neil Kagan and the Oregon Wilderness Act of 1984: The story of how one Oregon Law alumnus became a catalyst for national policy change.   
Mary Wood, Professor of Law at the University of Oregon,will discuss Atmospheric Trust Litigation, a campaign of lawsuits brought on behalf of children against governments world-wide to force a response to the climate crisis.
The lecture was held Wednesday, October 28 and featured Fawn Sharp, President of the Quinault Indian Nation and President of the National Congress of American Indians.
