Registration Required! Check email from Dean Espinola. Leadership, like artistic improvisation, involves the interplay of the individual, the group, and the context. This highly interactive, experiential workshop bridges basic principles of improvisation with contemporary leadership modelsproviding participants a hands-on opportunity to reflect and discuss such concepts as collaboration, teamwork, communication, adaptability, situational awareness, and empathy. No experience in improv theater will be necessary to participatein fact, the workshop will be designed with a beginner mindset that allows anyone willing to play and experiment together to participate. Lunch will be provided to registrants.
